Important Notice: According to the official policy of our courier partners in the UAE, parcels CANNOT be opened or inspected before the full payment is made to the delivery rider. This is a standard security protocol followed by all professional shipping agencies.
Don’t worry—if you find any issue with the product after opening the parcel, you are fully covered by our 7-day Return & Exchange Policy.
1. Delivery Timelines
We work to get your order to you as quickly as possible:
Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman: 1 – 2 Working Days.
Other Emirates (Abu Dhabi, RAK, etc.): 2 – 3 Working Days.
2. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer a secure cash-on-delivery service. Please ensure you have the exact amount ready to avoid any inconvenience during the delivery process.
3. Order Confirmation
Our team will contact you via WhatsApp or phone call to verify your address before dispatching the order. Orders without a valid confirmation may face delays.
4. Missed Deliveries
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will attempt to contact you again. After two failed attempts, the order will be returned to our warehouse.
